A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Guidewire is a collection of focused health tools that turn questionnaires and health measurements into visual reports. Cancer Seeker explores lifestyle habits and exposures. Guidewire Diabetes brings diabetes-related readings and care targets into a report you can use with your care team.
No. Cancer Seeker is an educational questionnaire and report. It does not analyze a biological sample, detect cancer, or provide a diagnosis. It does not replace recommended screening or an assessment of symptoms.
The reports use a visual scale to show how an answer or measurement relates to the app’s reference or target. Red indicates an area that may need attention, yellow is neutral, and green is closer to the target. These displays are not probabilities of developing a disease.
The apps support repeat check-ins and comparisons across dates. Use the same patient profile and keep your saved reports or assessment files so you can revisit earlier results. The sample above demonstrates how two check-ins can look different.
No. Guidewire helps organize information and identify topics for discussion. Individual targets and the right next steps depend on your circumstances. Review clinical decisions with your care team, and do not change prescribed medicines based on a report alone.
No. The interactive preview uses fictional data. Selecting priorities here does not create a patient record or submit health information. Opening a Guidewire app takes you to its separate questionnaire and report experience.
